This policy describes how Monsieur Yassir Boudda (amirelay) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the website https://amirelay.com, the shipping center SaaS dashboard, and related Vinted fulfillment services (the "Service").

Depending on how you use the Service, we may process:
- Identification data: name, company name, business registration number, email, phone, account ID;
- Logistics data: warehouse addresses, inbound lots, SKUs, item descriptions, m³ volumes, pick & pack and return history;
- Marketplace data: buyer usernames, order numbers, PDF labels (barcodes, carriers), shipping instructions;
- QC captures: photos and videos of unboxing/weighing for proof and fraud prevention;
- Financial data: wallet history, invoices; payments are processed by certified providers — we do not store full card numbers;
- Technical data: logs, IP address, cookies (language, theme), aggregated analytics.

4. Client / processor roles
For end-buyer data on labels or parcels (names, addresses, phone numbers), the Client acts as data controller and amirelay as logistics processor under GDPR Article 28. A data processing agreement is available on request.
5. Sub-processors
- Hosting (Vercel Inc.);
- Payment providers;
- Email, support, and monitoring tools;
- Object storage for QC media (videos/photos).
Vinted®, Mondial Relay®, and other marketplaces are independent third parties governed by their own policies.
6. Retention periods
- Active account: duration of the contractual relationship + 3 years;
- Invoices: 10 years;
- QC videos/photos: 90 days by default, extended if a dispute is ongoing;
- Locale cookie: 1 year.
